Marina graduated from the Veterinary University of Córdoba (Spain) in 2009. She performed a Rotating Internship and two Specialized Internships in Internal Medicine and Emergency at the Veterinary School of Toulouse and CHV Frégis (France). She passed French Internal Medicine Certificate at the Veterinary School of Alfort (París). From 2015 to 2016, she was Head of Internal Medicine and Oncology Service at the Referral Hospital Rutland House (Liverpool, UK). From 2016 to 2019, she performed an Internal Medicine Residency and was awarded the Diploma of European Veterinary Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine (Dip. ECVIM-CA). Since 2019, she is a professor and Head of Internal Medicine Service at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital of the Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio (Madrid, Spain). She has published several studies in national and international scientific reviews and presented several oral communications and posters in national and international congresses. Currently, she is performing a PhD in Regenerative Medicine and New Therapies in Canine Leishmaniosis in this same University.
