Michael received his veterinary degree from the University of Liège, Belgium, in 2011. Then, he completed a 3 years residency program in Small Animal Surgery at the same place. He worked in a private referral center in France for 2 years and then in United Kingdom for 2 years. At the moment he just started a new position at the University of Liège as a senior clinician in Soft Tissue and Oncology Surgery Department. He also works in a private practice in the Flemish part in Belgium in orthopedics and soft tissue department.
